WAYS TO SUPPORT US: With A Direct Donation
GreySave takes in all greyhounds that come our way, regardless of whether they are sick or healthy, young or old, broken bones or not. A donation to GreySave helps us transition prior racing greyhounds from their working life at the track to their new life as a treasured companion in their Forever Home. Since our founding in 2006, GreySave has adopted out over 1,900 greyhounds.
Our adoption fee of $350 only covers a fraction of the cost it takes to get our fosters ready for adoption. We fundraise to cover additional costs to care for the new dogs that come to us. The cost to prepare a greyhound ready for adoption include vaccinations, spay/neuter, dental cleaning, veterinary care for possible pre-existing conditions, food for fosters and microchipping.
