HELP AT AN ANNUAL EVENT
GreySave holds two Special Events a year. Race to the Park in late May and Oktoberfest in mid October. Both of these are large events most recently held in a park in La Crescenta. These events usually require lots of volunteers to help with set up & take down; staff the Canine Carnaval & registration booths; auctions and food/drink counters to name a few special tasks.
GreySave also works with other organizations for their special events. Some examples are at Founders Day in Whittier and Farmer's Market days in Highland - if it is not too hot. We frequently get requests to attend other events because greyhounds are very good guests!
