In spite of three trips to Caliente lately by So CA greyhound groups there are still 20+ greyhounds waiting to come back to the states.
On Oct 24th Fast Friends brought in 8 or 10. On October 31st the Greyhound Adoption Center picked up 13 for them, Homestretch and Greyhound Friends for Life. And today Fast Friends picked up 3 broken leg greys.
We will be going to the track on Saturday however because of the holiday we are VERY short on foster homes. I think we have only 5 signed up so far. If you are a greyhound adopter and can help by fostering please contact Sandy at 714-342-4193 or Cathy at 626-354-8476 ASAP!! We have to give the track the final count before race time Thursday evening.
